If you live in the Baltimore area, come on down to the Watermark Gallery this Sunday, June 30, for Lit & Art at the Watermark. I’m reading my short story “Come September” from the 2013 edition of Bloodroot Literary Magazine. It’s a tale of loss and resurrection in unexpected places. Other readers include Sue Ellen Thompson, Danuta Hinc, Charles Rammelkamp, and Harrison Demchick. There’ll also be original artwork by Manzar Rassouli and live music by Pop-Grass Banjo dude Jacob Panic. Hosted by Eric D. Goodman and Nitin Jagdish, the free event includes wine and refreshments. So join us from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the gallery at 100 S. Charles Street, second floor of the Bank of America building across from the inner harbor. Bring five minutes of your own work to share during open mic.
