It’s been a while since I’ve posted any event notices, but I can’t overlook the Baltimore Book Festival coming up this weekend, September 26-28. The festival is temporarily relocating to the Baltimore Inner Harbor this year, so it’ll have a new look, but the same great activities, speakers, music, food, and of course, books. Unfortunately, I’m not going to be able to make it down there this year (for the first time in the seven years I’ve lived in Maryland), but I’m excited that Late Last Night Books, the blogzine I write for every month, is going to have a booth there. And, of course, the Maryland Writers’ Association, my other writing home, will have a booth as they always do. There’ll also be a reading from the folks at Lit & Art at the Watermark, the reading series I participate in from time to time. You can check out all the goings-on at the Book Festival website. If you’re in the Baltimore area, be sure to head on down there. I guarantee you’ll have a good time.
